4. Google API Services and Limited Use Compliance

When you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar data to provide seamless event synchronization and calendar management features. Our use of Google APIs strictly complies with applicable Google policies.

Google User Data Policy Compliance: The use of raw or derived user data received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. For Google Workspace APIs, we also comply with the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Data Use Restrictions

We do NOT use Google Workspace data to train generalized AI/ML models.

How we use Google Calendar data:

  • Sync your calendar events for unified calendar management
  • Extract and display event information within our interface
  • Process calendar data to provide personalized scheduling features
  • Maintain secure, encrypted connections to Google services

Your Control: You can disconnect Google Calendar integration at any time through your account settings. When disconnected, we will stop accessing your Google Calendar data and delete any cached calendar information in accordance with our data retention policies.
